Business Law
Mike Murray brings skill and experience as legal counsel to businesses of all sizes, from start-ups, family businesses and multi-billion dollar global companies. In addition to his legal work, Mike serves as board advisor to a variety of companies.

Collaboration
Collaboration is a formal approach where both parties and their hired attorneys abide by the customs of the collaboration process, which is guided by the International Association of Collaborative Professionals and the Cincinnati Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Mediation
Whether it’s a family matter or a business dispute, parties can opt to take their dispute to mediation. Unlike a judge or arbitrator, the mediator makes no decisions for the parties, but is trained to bring parties together to find common ground to reach settlement.
Collaborative Parenting Specialist
A collaborative parenting specialist is an attorney trained as a guardian ad litem who assists the clients in the collaborative process to make decisions about their parenting plans and advocates for the best interest of the child and may meet with the child to ascertain the child’s wishes.
Guardian ad litem
Appointed by the court or privately hired, a guardian ad litem (GAL) assists in the determination of what’s in the best interest of the children affected by their parent’s divorce. As a GAL, Beth advocates on behalf of children in court and champions their wellbeing.
Parent Coordinating
Appointed by the court or privately hired, a parent coordinator assists the parents to implement the terms of their parenting plan and are pseudo-magistrates who are able to make decisions that are effective immediately.
Business Advisory Services
As an advisor, Mike assists companies with problem-solving and deciphering complex legal and business issues impacting their organization. Mike also collaborates with Beth in respect to assisting her clients.
